Nevmahal

Located in a topographically advantageous area surrounded by public amenities, the project is designed as a single block divided into two volumes along the north-south axis, separated by a central floor lobby. The east and west facades feature transparent surfaces with wooden planters, offering a calm character, while the dynamic north and south facades vary in window size and placement. Large windows maximize natural light, with privacy and safety considerations for high-rise living. Vertical greenery, including continuous planters and tree platforms, enhances the facade’s aesthetic and ecological value. The design prioritizes user comfort and efficiency, ensuring optimal functionality and regulatory compliance.
