A 200 m² house in Richmond, taken from survey to permit. We measured the existing property, drew it up in AutoCAD and developed the plan options and design concept with the client, then produced the technical drawings and the building permit set. We produced the visualizations as part of the same job, so the renders and the drawings stayed in step as the design changed.
